I want to cancel my WordPress Payment & Stuff

    Hi there WordPress,

    Lovely to be a customer of yours however, I don’t have enough funding to live on for this month as you have taken my money and I do not like the hosting & options available to me via your website. I would like to have a refund & cancellation of my account as soon as possible as I have mentioned the reasons above.

    So please, if you can, could you help me with this one as I did not know where to go, I’ve looked for hours through the options I have on the site and I thought I would be able to upload my own WordPress Themes Etc but I am NOT paying $30 for something that I have created. Ps – I really wanted a host that could offer me FTP & MySQL databases, however this is not the right host for me.

    You need to contact the staff for a refund. The normal contact form is closed for the weekend while the staff concentrates on making WordPress.COM much better – use the email below and reference this Post in the forum.
