I want to cancel payments to wordpress

    I started a blòg that I don’t use atm and bought it for 48 euro on June 14th 2018. On June 15th 2019 I got a payment for 66 euro. Why a month before the expiration and I haven’t gotten any notification? I tried to cancel it and it won’t let me. I’ll call paypal to cancel their side but I need to do the same with wordpress and I don’t know how. Payment should be taken the same day I have bought it not a month prior without notifications. Bad service will look for another provider similar to WordPress

    Disputing an auto renewal payment may not be a good idea if you want a timely refund. Renewals are processed approx 11 months after initial purchase to give time for issues such as this to be resolved. I’ll tag this thread for staff. Are you logged in to the correct account to cancel the renewal?

    I have managed to cancel the payment so no more automatic payments in the future. Thanks for the explanation of the 11 months iso 12 payment thing. It’s now sorted :)
