I want to cancel the Premium upgrade

  I can’t find any place in the store to cancel the premium upgrade. This part of the site is definitely NOT user friendly. I’ve been trying to do this for three days and am getting frustrated!!! I was trying to avoid being charged and have now been charged and the contact info given to VISA wa less than helpful.
