  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  If you want to delete this account, you can do that from the account settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  But you can also just change your username and the address of any site(s) in the account, if that’s your end goal:
