I want to cancel WordPress as you make an auto renew without me to verify

    don’t accept that WordPress renew my account with my credit card without permission from me. I should be able to verify or allow anyone to activate my personal credit card by myself not by automatic system. I want WordPress return my money into my credit card account immediately.

    Hi @thetomatoaddict, we turn on auto renew by default because people’s entire businesses can go down if things aren’t renewed on time.

    But we do email before renewal, and you can disable auto renew if you like, too. And, we can refund a recent charge.

    We just need you to contact us from the account associated with the upgrade. I wasn’t able to see an upgrades related to this account, or any charges to refund.

    Can you log out, then log back in as the account that owns the upgrade? You can usually log in using the email address that gets renewal notifications.
