I want to centre my menu

Hi,
I am new to WordPress, so I have absolutely no idea how to use CSS or anything, so if your answer includes instructions with CSS, please let me know how to do it exactly!
Basically, at the moment my Menu (Home, contact, about) etc, is on the right. It’s on top of the main page picture I have. I want it to be at the bottom of the picture in the centre.
How do I do this?

I’ve checked the one associated with your account, https://journeyofavegansite.wordpress.com and couldn’t see any menu.
Please note that Custom CSS is only available on Premium and Business plans.
If you have one of those you’ll be able to add your own custom CSS from the Customizer.
