  Hello! Is it possible to change domain without choosing PRO which costs around 100$ a year?

  Yes, you can add a custom domain to your site separately: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#add-a-domain-name

  But, you will need a paid Pro plan to set a custom domain as your site’s primary address: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address

  Since the paid Pro plan includes 1 free year of domain registration, I recommend starting with that: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  As for .it, it is not one of the TLDs we can register https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/ so if you have a .it domain, you would have to register it elsewhere and connect it by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
