  You are trying to change the URL of your site from bloggerpractice.wordpress.com to something else? If so you can rename your “wordpress.com” URL here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/bloggerpractice.wordpress.com/change-site-address/bloggerpractice.wordpress.com

  If you would like your site to have a custom address (without WordPress.com in the URL) you can add a custom domain here: https://wordpress.com/domains/add/bloggerpractice.wordpress.com
