I want to change my blog adddress back to the original

  My blog address was originally thinkaboutjesus.wordpress.com.

  However, I decided to change it to reformeddude.wordpress.com. Later, I did not like the change I made.

  I then attempted to change reformeddude.wordpress.com BACK to thinkaboutjesus.wordpress.com but the system would not let me because “the name is in use” by me obviously, I have both names.

  The import export feature was terrible and made things worse.

  How do I change reformeddude.wordpress.com TO thinkaboutjesus.wordpress.com when I have both names? Thanks.

  Exporting and importing the content is unfortunately the only way back.

  What sorts of trouble did you run into?

  All kinds, only the text of my blogs transferred, nothing else.

  The export/import tool only includes data such as posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and media. It does not include settings like blog title, tagline, theme choice, or widgets. Those things have to be updated manually when you transfer content using the export/import tools.
