  and how to check a site is in wordpress or not ? I want to check this site sms2everyone.com

  Hello there! In all WordPress.com hosted sites there is a credit link at the bottom in footer region, “blog at WordPress.com”. So the site you mentioned is not hosted here on WordPress.com

  You should be able to transfer your domain here on WordPress.com and map on WordPress (costs $13)

  You can also import your blogger content here on WordPress.com
