I want to change my blog name

I want to change my blog name from Forrest Productions to Edward Forrest Frank. My Blog is this one: http://edwardforrestfrank.wordpress.com/ I found another person or group using the same name on Youtube and do not want to infringe upon their name or cause confusion.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL, then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ Read carefully first and proceed with caution.

Is edwardforrestfrank.wordpress.com/ – the blog name you want to use or the blog name you want to change to something else? I am a bit confused as you reference Edward Forrest Frank. as the name you want and Forrest Productions as what you don’t want
I found http://forrestproductions.wordpress.com/ that is now empty – is that where your content was? If so – buy the site redirect upgrade to send traffic from forrestproductions.wordpress.com/ to edwardforrestfrank.wordpress.com/ – this is based on the theory that /forrestproductions.wordpress.com/ is indexed by search engines (site has been around a while) – if the blog was new – you might be able to just use a not on the front page that you have moved and a link to the new blog
DO NOT DELETE – /forrestproductions.wordpress.com/ – all your options go away

I changed the address from http://forrestproductions.wordpress.com/ to http://edwardforrestfrank.wordpress.com I transferred my blogs to the new address. I did not delete the old address. I want to change the Blog Name as well as the address. I want the new name to be simply my name: “Edward Forrest Frank” but I don’t have the option to change the blog name itself.

I changed the address. I changed the Blog title. I want to change the Blog Name – that is what appears when you link to the blog.

It seems the Blog has now been renamed E. Forrest Frank Productions – one of the names I tried to give it. Now that Forrest Productions is gone, I am satisfied, but still somewhat perplexed.

Sometimes changes you see can be delayed by caching in your browser, ISP or other places between you and your blog.
Also note that WordPress.COM is hosted on 3 very large server farms and they all have cache systems set up to speed up access to your blog and also it can take time for updates to move from one server farm to the others –

Under Dashboard – My Blogs it lists a Blog Name – that is the name that actually appears when you link to it from a site like Facebook. It read until now Forrest Productions, and I was trying to change it. It has been changed now to E. Forrest Frank Productions – one of the options I had tried. So it is acceptable now. I was not having any success in renaming the blog something other than Forrest Productions.
