Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
You can bulk delete all content for your blog and retain the URL and start again. Is that what your are trying to articulate?
If you don’t have a lot of content and don’t wish to wait for Staff to delete it for you then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, please reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty.

Yes I changed the blog name, but can’t seem to access the text. I’m probly making a simple mistake.

I’ve done that already. I just went there again. All it lets me do is change the title, but I want to change the text on the page.

Are you aware that there is only one dynamic (automatically updating) page in any blog for posts (not pages) and by default it’s the front page of the blog?
If you want to change “text” in posts displaying on the front page or anywhere else in the blog then you have to edit the posts.

I’m sorry I left out a bit. There is a short story written on the main page. It used to be my short story blog. I want to change it. I want to remove that short story and put in different text.
