I want to change my domain payment account

    The domain i’m using for my site is expiring in two days, but the account we used to create the site was not longer using anymore. Is there any way i can change the payment user to the one i’m using right now?

    *The account we used to create the site was a former employee of our company, but she’s no longer working with us.
    I’ll need to know how am i gonna finish the payment before the expire date.

    Hi there,

    Only the username who owns a domain can renew it, and only that username can also transfer it. Even if you could prove to me beyond a doubt that you are the domain owner, I can’t transfer the domain to your account. As in literally can’t. There doesn’t exist a button which would allow me to do so.

    So you will need to regain access to the account that currently owns the domain first. If you have access to the receipts for past payments on the account, or if the payments were made with your credit card/a company card, you should be able to use a transaction ID to verify your ownership on our account recovery form:
