I want to change my profile's URL

On my profile it says my full name as my URL and I would like to know if there is a way to be able to change this.

I don’t see your actual personal name on any of those pages.
If you want to change the .wordpress.com blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. If so, then you can change the URL by using this guide

I followed your link which changed the web address of one of my blogs from http://niallcooney2012.wordpress.com, to http://citywithoutpeople.wordpress.com; but it has left the niallcooney one just without any content, is there a way I can remove that blog?

This site http://niallcooney2012.wordpress.com/ is displaying the same front page error message that appears on every new WordPress.COM blog prior to any posts being displayed. As soon as a post, not a page, is published it will be gone.
To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to delete the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.
