i want to change my refund card details

    hi , I have recently cancelled personal plan , and for refund i want to get refund in my different card , can i change it ?

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    The refund would be processed back to the original payment method, to the original account, regardless of old/new cards.

    Payment providers often carry over transactions from one card to another as so that subscriptions and refunds aren’t disrupted.

    For our information, would you be willing to explain why you’re deciding to cancel/refund?
