I want to change my theme to "The Mystique" Theme

I want to change my theme but it wont let me to “The Mystique Theme” that my friend is also using but it wont let me Install or Activate it on my blue host website… This is the one I want http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/mystique/

This is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog http://www.johnclarkepersonaltrainer.com/ and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

You have a self-hosted WordPress site. Not sure you knew, but these forums are for support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different sites which have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with the same names.
The Mystique theme you referenced may be available for self-hosted WordPress sites, but it may not have the same features and functionality as the theme with the same name on WordPress.com.
To get help for self-hosted WordPress.org sites, visit http://wordpress.org/support/ and select “Register” to create a username and password. Once you have registered, you can get support by posting your request.
