  You can change the site name (title) on this page. https://wordpress.com/settings/general

  You can change your WordPress.com site address on this page: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

  Hover your mouse over the site’s address you wish to change. You should see a new button called “Change blog address” appear. Follow the on-screen instructions to change your site address to a new one.

  Note that when you do this, the old site address will be lost and not available for use again.

  If you do not want to do this, you can always create a new WordPress.com blog here https://wordpress.com/start A single WordPress.com account can have as many WordPress.com sites as you want.
