I want to change my user name

In your blog it says to go to options and click on general to change the user name, but I do not see general anywhere, am I being blind?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You should edit your profile to change your public name, this is the name people on your blog will see, on the forum you cannot change your name.
My account (Top Bar) => Edit Profile

You have not linked your username to your blog so we don’t know if your have a free hosted wordpress. COM blog or if you have a downloaded free self hosting wordpress.ORG software.
