I want to change my username

  The automated username added four numbers at the end and I would really like them removed. Can that be done for me please?

  Hello!

  The reason that is happening is probably because the user name you want has been claimed by someone else. If it can be changed, I have a link for you that explains how to change it yourself.

  And if you can’t change the user name to be what you wanted, you can still change your display name. For some people, changing the display works as well.
