  Correct account: Yes

  You can change your blog address by going to WordPress.com dashboard, clicking Upgrades > Domains, clicking the three dots next blog you want to update, and then choosing Change Site Address. Please note that the old address will not be available for use again.

  Another option is to register a custom domain for your site:
  
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/
  
  This will remove the .wordpress.com subdomain, and give you a domain that would be easier to remember by your visitors.
