I want to change my WP username

  I want to change my username but unfortunately I already opened another WordPress account with the same username that I would like to use on this account. Is there any way I can close that account and use the same username on this account or can that username somehow be transferred to this account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  We don’t combine usernames, but I can transfer your site veffoundation.wordpress.com (and its upgrades) to be owned by another username if you wish.

  That would just leave the username veffoundation without any sites. Which is fine. :)

  If you’d like to transfer a different site to be owned by the user veffoundation, we’ll need the request to come from the username that currently owns the site.

  Hi Alex,

  I’ve decided to do this another way and simply change username on veffoundation account to a better username that I want to use on this site. I will leave the other WP account as it is and start another blog. Thanks for replying .. a big help.
