I want to change name servers

  Dear Sir/Madam:

  I want to change name servers of my own domain “humanrightspressawards.org”, I find the instruction on your site: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

  but I cannot fine the “Domain Contacts”,”Name Servers” and “Transfer Domain” options on my Domain Control panel.

  Can you tell me how to do to change the name server or transfer the domain?

  May I ask you what are you trying to do?

  Are you bringing the domain you purchased elsewhere to WordPress.com?

  or

  Are you moving your domain to elsewhere from WordPress.com?

  So you are transferring a Domain to another Registrar. Please check the linked support doc and specifically the GoDaddy link on this page.

  Thank you, I’ve read this article before, but I cannot find “Transfer Domain” option on my Domain Control Panel, it only has two options: “Email” & “Edit DNS”

  I’m having exactly the same problem. I have only “Email” & “Edit DNS” as the sidebar on my My Domains dashboard. So the support articles, which I’ve read in detail several times, are useless.

  This means I can’t change my domain’s name severs.

  It also means I can’t transfer to another registrar.

  I submitted a support request about this weeks ago and got no answer. It feels like my access to my domain is restricted for some reason. If anyone knows what’s happening with this I would really like to get this solved — my site is basically frozen since I switched to self-hosted WP but can’t repoint the domain :/

  Hi there,
  Provide you are logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade through WordPress.COM for it, see here for how to proceed:

  Hi there,

  You only see the “Email” and “Edit DNS” tabs in your domain manager because your domain humanrightspressawards.org is not registered here at WordPress.com. Based on public information, that domain is currently registered at Name.com:

  http://who.is/whois/humanrightspressawards.org

  You’ll need to contact your current domain registrar for help transferring the domain to a new registrar.
