  If you want to change you site’s title go to
  https://wordpress.com/settings/general/katiabelsitodotcom.wordpress.com
  and type a new title.

  If you want to change your site’s address (katiabelsitodotcom) you can register a new domain (like example.com) or create a new site under the same account.
