I want to change the site title and tag

  I have gone through going to dashboard, then settings, and I found “site title” and “tag”. But it won’t allow me to delete or substitute either of these line. one instruction said there would be an edit button next to these, but I couldn’t find it. Also, part of it is obscured by the Gravitar option.

  Are you trying to change your site title (“That by which we are joined…”) or are you trying to change your blog URL (http://clanton1934.wordpress.com/)?

  To change your blog URL, please follow the instructions available here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you would like to change your site title, you should be able to change this by typing your desired site title into the text box next to “Title” on your Settings -> General Page. If you’re not able to do this, would you mind sending a screenshot of what you see instead?
