WordPress.com hosting’s fees are annual, not monthly. You might use a different host. As this account just signed up, it’s not the one for your site. What is the address for your website?
-
No, I did not just sign up, I have been on Word Press since 2012, but you read what I posted earlier, I don’t have any of my log in credentials, so I had to create a new account just so that I could chat with you. OK?! http://www.Accessory1.net.

You’re hosting http://www.Accessory1.net at Bluehost, not WordPress.com hosting. WordPress.com Happiness Engineers only support WordPress.com hosted sites. As your site is not hosted by WordPress.com, it’s hard to support it. The systems are different. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/These pages are helpful to learn how to overcome login issues on WordPress powered sites not hosted at WordPress.com:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/login-trouble/
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/I’ve also seen Bluehost users get around this by going to their hosting and using the “Login to WordPress” button.
If you need more help, your software is supported at the site that makes it: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!

OK thanks, this is helpful but why do i need to log in to Blue Host in order to make changes on a WordPress?
-
It’s just a possible solution that sites on that host can take. You use WordPress.org, it’s a standalone install on your hosting company that you control in full. The files and database are managed by you on your host, Bluehost.
WordPress.com hosts websites that live on WordPress.com hosting, it does not control all/any WordPress.org powered websites.
