  We are not able to close the account on your behalf, but we are happy to assist you with this process. Do you mind sharing why you are looking to close the account? We are always looking to improve our products and would love to hear your feedback.

  In order to close your account, you will first need to cancel any existing purchases you may have. To do so select your Account in the upper right-hand corner and then choose Purchases on the left-hand side of your account page. From here, you can cancel any existing purchases. Once canceled, you can close the account permanently by selecting Account Settings and then scrolling to the bottom and choosing Close your account permanently. Please note that this cannot be undone.
