I want to close and delete the account and Rock music blog

    I’m just about to start a course with Udemy.

    They have advised me to use the WordPress.org site and software.

    Would it be best to close this account in order I can use the free WordPress software locally installed with Local by Flywheel on my Pc?

    Your account here at WordPress.com is a separate entity from other hosting providers and WordPress.org (where the WordPress software can be downloaded for free), so it would have no impact on what you do with your self-hosted site on Flywheel.
