  The “Close my account permanently” actually asks to contact support and not actually deleting my account?

  I see what is causing this — the Business plan for kingdompowerorg.wordpress.com expired last year. While the plan itself expired, the site hadn’t fully reverted back to the Free plan — which is why you are seeing a message to contact support.
