I want to close my account and get a full refund. I thought I had closed it and it auto-renewed

  I want a full refund. How do I actually contact a person? How do I get in touch to get $517 back? I thought I had cancelled this, and you drained my bank account. I cancelled my debit card for fraud because of your charge. How do we have a conversation? Give me a phone number or email PLEASE! THis is the worst contact system I’ve ever seen.

  The site I need help with is gibson2020dotcom.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
