I want to close my website

Dear WordPress team,
I am not using my website anymore and want to cancel the automatic charge made on my card today.
I would like to get a refund as I do not want a new year of WordPress service any longer.
I’d really appreciate your help with this matter.

Hi Mariany,
audreycabrera.wordpress.com is using the Free plan and no upgrades have been purchased through this account, which suggests you have another.
Can you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? Once logged in to the correct account, the upgrades should be listed on the Manage Purchases page — where they can be cancelled.
