  I have three blogs. I want to close one down but save all posts and pages. And I want to have access to the blog. But I want the other two to continue .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I need to close down my main blog but still have access to all posts and pages. Can I just save all data into some file and then close it. But the two other blogs I want to keep.

  All blogs are independent web sites. What you do one one blog has no effects on any other blogs.

  To change blog visibility to private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 . See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
