The blog linked to your username is not a free hosted WordPress>COM blog and we cannot help your here at all. You are posting to the wrong support forum. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.

If you are referring to http://fransanlag.wordpress.com/ then the blog appears to be empty and has an error message on the front page.
By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear. Read the differences between Pages and Posts.

Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.
