I want to contact customer service about a question

Thanks:
It looks like I will need to call that business tomorrow.
What is a name server setting? -
-
You can have more than one domain name mapped to a single blog – but only one name can be Primary (displayed in the visitors browser) – the second name looks like a sub-domain – should be OK but we might want to ask the staff if both a domain name AND a sub-domain can be mapped to the same blog
Yes that’s possible :)
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Thanks @kardotim –
I was concerned becasues the mapping uses C Name or something like that for the sub-domain – – but then since the C name would be attached to the sub-domain I guess that makes sense –
Now we just need to have the OP get the name servers changed at the registrar and they are good to go

I just started a blog and I chose the 99$ option but actually I just needed a domain for 18$. I tried to cancel my bundle but i don’t get any email when they say they are gonna send one so i can officially delete my 99$ thing… How long does it take? I just want a refund and I don’t want to go pass the deadline for that (I did my blog today, btw) so what can I do?
-
@cleasamson I’ve just canceled and refunded the bundle for you. To register a domain, go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
Please take a look at the following guide before going through the process.

Hi:
I am ready to have my domain name from a different company sent to my word press blogg.
I paid the $13.00 last night for the mapping to wordpress.
I called my name server and I am told you have some information to give me for them to make the change.
Thanks, Tarin -
The info you and your registrar is in the link I have left you twice above – please read the whole link

Hi, we haven’t been using our blog lately and just noticed that our domain http://www.craftybrains.com expired 26 days ago. I want to renew it,
howehowever it’s charging me a late fee of $80 to renew an $18 site. So I would have to pay $98 to keep it running. I noticed that for $99 we would get a full upgrade without paying the late fee? I was wondering if there’s a way of avoiding the late fee or would i better off paying for an upgrade that we don’t need? -
@crafty – please start a new thread with a nice title and not hijack an existing thread on a different subject – that way your question will not get lost – thanks
-
@godsfoodheals – looks like everything is set correctly and you have the correct name servers – now all you need to do is wait for the changes to reach the far corners of the internet and you are good to go
Congratulations!
You be welcome & good luck

Thank you so very much for all your help.
I am not used to this kind of getting questions answered so I had no idea I was actually starting a feed.
I would have worded it completly different. :)
Thanks again!! -

After you make the domain mapping purchase and do the set up it can take between 24 – 72 hours for domain name propagation to take place throughout the internet. You can view the DNS changes here > http://www.whatsmydns.net/
