  i want to copy a table from word and insert on one of my pages – you’ve never responded so doubt you will this time either

  Hi there,

  If you do need to paste content from Microsoft Word, you can do so by selecting your content in your MS Word document and pasting it directly into the Visual Editor in WordPress.com. Not all formatting will carry over cleanly, so you may need to tweak some settings.

  Further to iamrishaan’s advice, I suggest also reviewing the help within Word. Enter ‘wordpress’ in the help bar, and select ‘Help with blogging in Word’. This tells you how to set up Word to post directly to WordPress.

  Hey! I don’t know if you found everything you were looking for, but you can also make a table an synchronize it with google doc!.. :)
