I want to create a new blog. How do I do it?

I am a wordpress.com user and want to create a blog for a writers group separate from my blog. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There are two ways to do this:
If you would like to manage the blog from your current account (diannejohnston), you can add a new blog to your account following the instructions here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-new-blog-to-an-existing-account
If, instead, you would like the new blog to be completely separate from your current username, you can create a new account here:
https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/
Make sure you visit that page when logged out if you’re trying to create a new account. You’ll also need to enter a different email address than the one you’re using for “diannejohnston”.
