I want to create a new site with an existing domain name and get it up and running. How do I do this? I also don’t want to do anything with the 2 existing sites I have previously made in WordPress (not published)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ll be asked to choose a domain on the first step. You can go ahead and enter the domain you own, and if it’s eligible, you’re welcome to transfer it here. Otherwise, you can connect it. The system should walk you through, but we’re happy to help with any questions you have along the way.
Note you will need a paid plan to support the domain. Personal is minimal but functions nicely, Premium adds quite a lot of built-in functionality, and Business allows you to add outside plugins and themes. You can find all of the plans here, or you can just start with Premium and upgrade or downgrade as needed.

Hi @pinkflowerbaker I checked your account and it definitely looks like you have connected the jenhealey.com domain! Your next step in order to have it be the visible address of your site instead of pinkflowerbaker.wordpress.com is to set jenhealey.com as your “primary” address.
We do have a guide to the primary address setting in case of need! Feel free to give it a go and let us know if you run into difficulties.
