How do I install WordPress? I created an account – what do I do next?

  I have downloaded wordpress and then I created an account. I do not know how to proceed in using your program/site to create my web site. I could use some direction.

  WordPress.com is a hosted blogging service so there is no download or installation required. That is only for self-hosted WordPress.org installations. You can learn more about the differences at http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.
