    I have created a website named Dhaka Opinion Magazine with WordPress.

    I want to create an online magazine or news website for publication of opinion articles. It will be a complete online news (magazine) website. Each day one or more opinion articles may be published depending on submission. Do I need to install wordpress 5.8.1 after creating an website? Can tell me the total cost of establishing an online news or magazine website with WordPress.
