I want to create homepage with Japanese , so I want to have WordPress in Japanese version

  I change language to Japanese in setting. However, all block and icon direction is still English in my computer wordpress screen. Please guide me. Thanks and best, Michi

  Go to account settings here:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Near the bottom of the page, you will see Interface language. Set this language to Japanese.
