I want to create web page that can only be seen once I've finished it !!

  As said above, I don’t anyone to see my web site while it’s still ‘under construction’.
  Does it mean I don’t press the ‘publish’ button ? But I would like to see it , as it would appear to the public, while I’m still developing it !

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Change your blogs settings in the wp-admin. You’ll find it in “General options”. :)
