I want to deleat my blog account but no "TOOLS" in dashbord

  I want to deleat my blog But there is no “TOOLS” in my Dashbord

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have to be logged in under the Admin account for the blog to have the tools display.

  Provided you are logged in under the Admin username account you can delete any blog registered under that username by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled. If your delete the blog the URL cannot be reused by anyone.
