I want to delete a file from 'macmatmar', but how?

    Dear Sir, Madam,

I want to delete the file ‘Fairouz in sneeuwwitte jurk’, but every time I want to do something in ‘Macmatmar’, I’m redirected to the site ‘TheObstinateBookworm’. What to do?

    With kind regards,

    Hi Machiel,

I see no active sites at all on your account. You recently deleted the entire site for the following:

    mmmvv1.wordpress.com

I believe that was the web address for ‘TheObstinateBookworm.’

There are no sites for ‘macmatmar.wordpress.com’ — so I do not know what ‘Macmatmar’ is referring to.

If you can provide the web address for me, I’d be happy to help.

    Hallo Alex,

Strange, when I type the name of my daughter, I end upon the site MacMatMar, which I made a couple of years ago. She still finds her picture on that site, where I can’t find it. Maybe due to the computer she uses, I work on an old Windows XP.
    The link is:

With kind regards and thanks for the swift answer,

    Hi Machiel,

Thanks for the link. So that site is mmmvanveen.wordpress.com and it’s actually owned by another user account here on WordPress.com. If you want to make changes to that site you’ll need be logged in as that user.

That being said, that post’s image appears to be broken:

The image isn’t being hosted from the site’s media library. Its source appears to be from a Microsoft storage service:

    http://by1.storage.msn.com/y1ppbhPJlODQtIlfzUclWv7YAu2WknTBao0u1Zea1AtcrN8YVMltZQHEdgY6IY9rxjzRtnSVm4uV43mGURibAXbwTM-FR1hqdaF?PARTNER=WRITER

However, visiting that link also does not display an image for me. If she sees the image, it’s possible that she has access to where the image is stored, but others do not.
