  I want to delete a self hosted blog associated with my wordpress.com account [http://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/]…

  The blog was linked via Jetpack and is no longer my domain.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you have several self-hosted blogs connected to Jetpack. Please let me know which one you need to disconnect and delete from your list of blogs at WordPress.com.
