I WANT TO DELETE A URL

  I deleted a blog to start from scratch and I want to use the same URL. However, it will not let me. How can I delete the first URL from wordpress so that I can reuse it on a new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com blog/website addresses are not reusable. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/.
