  i want to delete a free wordpress.com account i previously had – NOT my paid WordPress account HOSTED by WordPress.org – i am concerned i will be deleting my paid account – pls any help with this? Thanks in advance

  Hey there, it looks like you were able to manage to delete the site, but for anyone wondering, sites can be deleted here:
  https://wordpress.com/settings

  You’ll just wan to bear in mind, you won’t be able to get that address back again, so if you change your mind, let us know within 30 days.

  Hi, thanks for getting back.
  Actually, I wasn’t. I just left it- the reason i was asking was because i installed Jetpack and it’s social plugins – and i wanted it connected ONLY TO MY WordPress.org site NOT my WordPress.com site (insideugo), which it is right now, and linked to (I do not want this) – i want to completely delete my WordPress account (insideugo)

  So please, once again – i ask – is this going to affect my WordPress.ord account – if i do so?

  If you want to use the Jetpack plugin, you must have a WordPress.com account, not a WordPress.com website.
