  Someone was deactivating it and refunding the money I paid but it hasn’t happened. I would like some direct communication by phone please as this is complicated and confusing

  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. Have you already cancelled an upgrade/domain? Refunds take 7 to 10 business days to process. As this is a billing issue I have tagged this thread for staff. Please don’t open any further threads until this is resolved.
