i want to delete all my contents and customize it

  i created a blog but now i want to delete all my post,menus and other thing and start again but i dont want to delete my site all i want is to change the content in it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  To delete all your posts, go to your WP Admin -> Posts -> All Posts. Use the checkbox at the top to select all your posts, then in the Bulk Actions drop-down options, select Move to Trash.
  To delete your menus, go to your WP Admin -> Appearance -> Menus. Select the menu you want to edit and click Select, at the bottom of this section you’ll find the option Delete Menu.
