  I want to delete everything from my site, but I can’t quite delete everything. For example, there is a picture of a koala that I cannot seem to delete. My name is underneath it. I just want to start fresh.

  I see that you’ve deleted your site altogether. Unfortunately, now that site URL can’t be reused, even though you were the one who originally created and deleted it. It’s the policy of WordPress.com not to allow site names to be reused: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  In the future, I suggest referring to this guide if you want a fresh start. That way you can keep using the same site name, just with new content: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
