  If however you’re absolutely still set on this course of action I’m afraid to say there is no way to delete your account. The reason for this is to prevent anyone from registering an account with the same name in the future and impersonating you.

  With that done you can follow the steps on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
  to ensure all your data and personal information is removed.

  You can use a site like http://www.thebitmill.com/tools/password.html to generate a random password like it mentions on the support page.
