  Hey! Deleting your WordPress.com blog is quite straightforward –

  Delete a Website

  However, WordPress.com does not currently allow you to delete your account –

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  Instead, what is suggested is that you turn off email notifications and let your account go inactive. Hope that makes sense, but do ask if you have further questions! :)
